For compressed audio, enter duration and total bitrate, such as “duration=180, bitrate=192”. For PCM, include sample rate, bit depth, and channels. The tool calculates the theoretical payload size and reports common units without uploading a file.
Treat the number as a planning estimate
Real files also contain container metadata, headers, and sometimes artwork. Variable-bitrate encoders change the bitrate over time. Use the result to compare settings, then inspect the exported file when a storage or transfer limit is strict.
